MacArthur BART Transit Village

Murphy Burr Curry, Inc. designed this new transit village, which is adjacent to the MacArthur BART station in North Oakland. The five-story structure features 90 multi-family housing units. The building is situated on a post-tensioned podium deck, with parking located in the subterranean level.

This green-point rated project offers sustainable systems such as a solar thermal domestic hot water system and a DBE prewired for photovoltaic installation.
